Congress registrations will open immediately after the Abstract Submission process is completed. The list of registration fees is provided below.

Payment Conditions

  • For in-person participants, payments may be made at the Registration Desk. Registration fee of 300Euros shall be strictly charged.

  • For online (virtual) participants, the last registration date is 01 December 2026 (until 23:59), which is two days before the start of the Symposium.
    Participants who do not register by this date will not be able to present their paper or have it published.

  • Online participants must deposit the registration fee into the account below before the registration deadline, and send the payment receipt to the Symposium Secretariat at nce2026@emu.edu.tr.
    The receipt must include: NCE2026 – Abstract Number and Corresponding Author’s Name/Surname.
